Linear Technology
Trapezoidal screw, trapezoidal nut: Product for economic linear positioning. The positioning accuracy is 200 µm/300 mm. We distinguish a screw for machine movement, where its straightness is manufactured based on a more precise tolerance, and screw for manual movement, where straightness is not significant. Material: C15 steel (hardness 160/180 HB), C45 steel (250HB). Screw nuts can be cylindrical, cube, flanged cylindrical nuts. Bronze and steel types are available. We can also provide a stainless trapezoidal screw and nut.
Ball screw and ball nut: Thanks to its rolled or ground process of spindles and ball nuts, it become a linear positioning unit with very precise positioning accuracy. Ball screws belong to accuracy class C7 (adjustment accuracy: 50 µm/300mm) and accuracy class C5 (adjustment accuracy: 18 µm/300mm). Their surfaces are induction hardened (HRC 58-62), so they are wear-resistant. Their nuts are flanged with multi-row ball bearings, which have been designed for high load capacity.
Linear bearing and linear rotary shafts: Guides that facilitate economical linear movement. They are ideal for use with ball screws or trapezoidal screws (reducing the load). They are wear-resistant thanks to hardened, ground shafts and the hardened bearing bushings. Many types of nuts can be ordered (flange, open, noise-reduced, self-aligning, etc.), which adapt to the customer's needs
Linear guides, linear blocks: A linear unit for precisely guiding heavy objects. These units can be installed horizontally or vertically, thanks to the design of the rail, it also resists the pulling force. Owing to the robust design of the blocks, the force pointing perpendicular to the direction of the guide is suitable for moving even tons of loads. We distribute two types of products: TBI Motion is recommended for industrial use, and the DTE type is recommended for general use (for guiding smaller loads).
